Edward IV (1461-1470), silver Groat, 1464-1465, London mint, first reign, heavy coinage (1461-1464), Group III, m.m. rose/rose. Obv. Crowned bust facing within tressure, quatrefoils by neck, trefoil on breast. Rev. Long cross pattée to edge of coin, 3 pellets in each central quarter. 3.80g, die axis 9h (S.1973; North 1532). Well struck on a neat broad flan. Good very fine.
