George II (1727-1760), silver Halfcrown, 1746, LIMA below bust, 7 strings, 7 hearts, edge D. NONO. Obv. Laureate, cuirassed and draped bust facing left, LIMA below. Rev. Crowned cruciform shields, angles plain, date split by English crown. 14.89g, die axis 6h (S.3695A; Bull 1688). Some flecking, although not as obvious with the naked eye so does not detract, light even grey tone. Very fine.
