Harold I (1035-1040), silver Penny, London mint, moneyer Leofric, fleur-de-lis type. Obv. Armoured bust facing left holding sceptre. Rev. Voided long cross, annulet at centre, lis and trefoil of pellets in each angle. 1.15g, (S.1165; North 803). Lightly toned, well struck and pleasing. Extremely fine.
