Victoria (1837-1901), Penny, 1854, ‘Young Head’ copper coinage (1838-1860), plain trident, ‘DEF:’, edge plain. Obv. Young head facing left, date below. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, emblems in exergue. 18.54g, die axis 12h (S.3948; Peck 1506). A few contact marks, toned. Good very fine.
