Victoria (1837-1901), Penny, 1874, Heaton Mint, Birmingham, ‘Bun Head’ issue (1860-1895), dies 7+G, m.m. H on reverse only. Obv. Young laureate bust facing left. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, lighthouse to left, ship to right, date in exergue, ‘H’ below. 9.74g, die axis 12h (S.3955; Freeman 71; Peck 1696). A few spots and light friction to high points with a light tone and much lustre. Uncirculated.
