Victoria (1837-1901), Halfpenny, 1885, ‘Bun Head’ issue (1860-1895), dies 17+S. Obv. Young laureate bust facing left. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, lighthouse to left, ship to right, date in exergue. 5.66g, die axis 12h (S.3956; Peck 1839; Freeman 354). Small mark on forehead and in field behind head, otherwise pleasing with a light tone, lustrous. About uncirculated.
