Crowned cruciform shields, Lion of Nassau in centre, WM monogram in angles, date split by shields in quarters. 14.98g, die axis 6h (S.3436; Bull 850). Minimal friction to high points, the light tone with hints of purple iridescence, the fields clear of the usual issues, proof-like and a simply beautiful example. Good extremely fine and virtually as struck, rare this choice.
