Aurelian (AD 270-275), Antoninianus, Siscia mint, m.m. Q M on reverse only. Obv. Radiate and cuirassed bust facing right. Rev. Sol standing facing left between two captives, Q M in exergue. 3.28g, die axis 6h (Sear 11572 var. (RCV III); RIC 63.). The flan a little irregular in shape, nonetheless, with a deep, dark and attractive cabinet tone, the portrait bold and sharply struck, a pleasing coin. Extremely fine.
