Early Anglo-Saxon (c.600-775), silver Sceat, 695-740, Early Anglo-Saxon period (c.600-775), Continental issues (c.695-c.740), Porcupine type, Series E, variety A. Obv. Quilled crescent right, enclosing two bars, cross pommée and chevron. Rev. Votive standard, cross to each side. 0.8g, die axis (S.790B; SL 94-10; SCBI 69 239 (this coin)). Tone a little patchy on reverse but a nice size flan and with good overall eye appeal. Extremely fine or near so.
