Anglo-Saxon (710-760), silver Sceat, Early Anglo-Saxon period (c.600-775), Secondary phase (c.710-c.760), Series R3, ‘Rigold’ type. Obv. Bust facing right, chevron and annulet behind, runes to right. Rev. Degenerate standard, cross pommée to each outer side. 1.07g, (S.813; SL 11-40). Some light weakness, else nicely centered on good quality metal. Very fine or better.
