Anne (1702-1714), silver pattern Farthing, 1713, large thin flan, edge plain. Obv. Draped bust facing left. Rev. Anne as Pallas in chariot facing right, date in exergue. 5.06g, die axis 12h (Peck 763). Small, unobtrusive scratch near rim on obverse, otherwise a delightful coin, the horses and other features with excellent detail, accentuated by a surrounding light golden brown tone, the fields with much mint brilliance, an attractive pattern and desirable this choice. Brilliant uncirculated and very rare, especially so in this condition.
