Diademed bust facing right, linear circle surrounds head, +COENVVLF REX M. Rev. Double pincer cross pommée, pellet at centre, wedges in angles, +DIORMOD MONETA. 1.43g, die axis 9h (S.916; North 347; Naismith C39.1). The tone a little patchy and some weakness of strike to the legends, nonetheless struck on a full flan of excellent metal, well rounded with a superb portrait, a choice example and highly desirable in this condition. Extremely fine or near so and rare in this condition.
