Diademed bust facing right, linear circle surrounds head, +COENVVLF REX M. Rev. Double pincer cross pommée, pellet at centre, wedges in angles, +TIDBEARHT MONETA. 1.32g, die axis 2h (S.916; North 347). Some minor porosity and a trivial undulation to the flan, the tone a little patchy but not off-putting, a bold strike on a round flan, with a decent portrait. Scarce. Slabbed and graded by NGC as AU53.
