George III (1760-1820), gold Quarter-Guinea, 1762, early coinage. Obv. Laureate bust facing right. Rev. Crowned shield dividing date above 2.09g, die axis 6h (S.3741; EGC 799). A couple of minor edge bumps and a few light hairlines, a lightly toned collectable example. Good fine.
