George III (1760-1820), copper Bronzed Proof Farthing, 1806, Birmingham mint, moneyer Soho Mint, fourth issue, K and incuse dot (albeit faint) on truncation, portrait 1, m.m. SOHO on reverse only, edge grained in centre. Obv. Laureate, cuirassed and draped bust facing right. Rev. Britannia seated facing left on Union shield, holding olive branch and trident, ship in distance to left sailing right, K between trident and shield. 4.75g, die axis 6h (S.3782; Peck 1388). Lightly toned, a pleasing example. Virtually as Struck.
