George III (1760-1820), silver Halfcrown, 1817, last or new coinage (1816-1820), edge milled vertically. Obv. Small laureate head facing right, date below. Rev. Crowned shield within garter. Die axis 12h (S.3789). A few trivial contact marks for completeness, otherwise an attractive coin, cartwheel lustre with a pleasing light tone. Slabbed and graded by NGC as MS62+.
