George III (1760-1820), gold Sovereign, 1820, last or new coinage (1816-1820), normal date, open 2, legend type b, edge milled vertically. Obv. Laureate head facing right, date below in legend. Rev. St. George and dragon within garter. Die axis 6h (S.3785C; Schneider 630; Marsh 4). Some light hairlines to both sides, otherwise with much mint brilliance and pleasing to the eye. Slabbed and graded by PCGS as MS62.
