George V (1910-1936), silver (.500) Crown, 1928, fourth coinage (1927-1936), ‘Wreath’ type, edge milled vertically. Obv. Modified bare head facing left. Rev. Large crown dividing date above, within wreath of roses and thistles. 28.18g, die axis 12h (S.4036; Bull 3633). Small unfortunate scratch by ear otherwise lightly toned with much underlying lustre. Good extremely fine.
