George V (1910-1936), silver (.500) Crown, 1929, fourth coinage (1927-1936), ‘Wreath’ type, edge milled vertically. Obv. Modified bare head facing left. Rev. Large crown dividing date above, within wreath of roses and thistles. 28.29g, die axis 12h (S.4036; Bull 3639). A few light marks and hairlines, otherwise the fields quite brilliant, an attractive coin. Extremely fine or near so and rated scarce by bull.
