Green with Britannia vignette to left, mark of value to right, declaration at centre. Rev. Front of the Bank of England above a spread of acanthus leaves around watermark, vignettes of St. George and Dragon to either side in the style of the sovereign reverse used by Benedetto Pistrucci.
