Philip I (AD 244-249), silver Antoninianus, AD 245, Rome mint. Obv. Radiate and draped bust facing right. Rev. Philip I on horseback pacing left, his right hand raised, holding sceptre. 4.96g, die axis 6h (Sear 8916 (RCV III); RIC 26b). The reverse a little soft, else of good fabric with nice detail on the portrait. Extremely fine.
