Philip II (AD 247-249), silver Antoninianus, AD 244-246, Rome mint, edge milled vertically. Obv. Laureate and draped bust facing right. Rev. Phillip II standing left, holding globe and spear. 3.91g, die axis 7h (Sear 2552; RIC IV (Philip I) 219). Once lightly cleaned and now gently re-toning with attractive brown-grey hues. Good very fine.
