Victoria (1837-1901), copper Farthing, 1841, ‘Young Head’ copper coinage (1838-1860), FID: REG: legend, both A’s in GRATIA unbarred, edge plain. Obv. Young head facing left, date below. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, emblems in exergue. 4.78g, die axis 12h (S.3950; Peck 1560). Tiny mark beneath chin under magnification, otherwise a stunning coin, lustrous with full original colour and much eye appeal, choice. Brilliant uncirculated and scarce in this condition.
