Victoria (1837-1901), silver Florin, 1849, ‘Young Head’ coinage (1838-1887), initials w.w. visible after date (‘Godless’ type A), edge milled vertically. Obv. Young ‘Gothic’ head facing left, date in legend. Rev. Crowned cruciform shields, rose in centre, emblems in angles. Die axis 6h (S.3890; Bull 2815). A few scattered marks, otherwise with a deep old cabinet tone, accented with golden highlights. Slabbed and graded by NGC as AU58.
