Victoria (1837-1901), copper Farthing, 1857, ‘Young Head’ copper coinage (1838-1860), shamrock detached, edge plain. Obv. Young head facing left, date below. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, emblems in exergue. 4.63g, die axis 12h (S.3950; Peck 1585). Lightly toned with lustrous, flashy fields, significant original colour and pleasing in hand. Choice good extremely fine or better.
