Victoria (1837-1901), copper Farthing, 1858, ‘Young Head’ copper coinage (1838-1860), large date, edge plain. Obv. Young head facing left, date below. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, emblems in angles. 4.80g, die axis 12h (S.3950; Peck 1586). A very light and somewhat patchy tone over flashy, lustrous surfaces with much original colour, a pleasing coin with good eye appeal. Choice uncirculated.
