Victoria (1837-1901), Penny, 1859, ‘Young Head’ copper coinage (1838-1860), ornamental trident. Obv. Young head facing left, date below. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, emblems in exergue. 19.05g, die axis 12h (S.3948; Peck 1519). Light cabinet friction to high points and a few light contact marks otherwise with a pleasing deep brown tone and hints of lustre. About uncirculated.
