Victoria (1837-1901), silver Double-Florin, 1887, ‘Jubilee Head’ coinage (1887-1893), Arabic 1 in date, edge milled vertically. Obv. Jubilee bust facing left. Rev. Crowned cruciform shields, garter star in centre, sceptres in angles, date split by English crown. 22.59g, die axis 12h (S.3923; Bull 2697). Some minor bag marks, otherwise demonstrating a light attractive tone over flashy, lustrous fields, a coin with good eye appeal. About uncirculated.
