William III (1694-1702), copper Farthing, 1700, first issue, Rev. B, edge plain. Obv. Young head facing left, date below. Rev. Britannia seated facing right, emblems in exergue. 4.96g, die axis 6h (S.3557; Peck 667). Tiny spot on head, otherwise with hints of original colour, pleasing and highly desirable. Extremely fine and very rare in this condition.
