Authenticity

ALL items we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic.

In the highly unlikely event that an item is proven not to be genuine, as deemed in writing by more than one independent specialist or a professional body, it may be returned to us by the original client for a full refund at any time within 7 years of the purchase date.  Please follow the returns procedure below.

Some items we may on occasion sell are period forgeries/copies, such as, white Bernhard banknotes or the George III imitation half penny.  These items will be clearly marked as such and the standard Returns Procedure as set out below applies.

Returns Procedure

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase which is why, following receipt of payment in full, we send all items on 7 days approval (14 days for overseas clients).

In the event that you are not completely satisfied however and wish to return your item, please follow these simple steps and Conditions:

Process

  1. Contact us immediately so we know to expect the item in return,
  2. Post the item back to us within 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas clients),
  3. E-mail us with your name and the tracking number.

Conditions

  • It is your responsibility to adequately insure the item/s being returned until they reach us,
  • Items must be returned by a signed for/registered post or similar courier service (complete with tracking number),
  • Items must be posted to the Return Address shown below.

Slabbed Coins

If you have purchased a third party graded (‘slabbed’) item from us, then please ensure you are 100% happy before removing it from the ‘slab’ (should you wish to do so); as coins purchased from us in ‘slabs’ that are then subsequently removed by you cannot be returned. Coins that we remove from a ‘slab’ at your request cannot be returned.  Although all resonable care will be taken when we remove coins from a ‘slab’, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the coin/s during this process.

Refund Payments

Once returned in accordance with the above, there will be no delay by us in providing you a full refund of the original purchase price minus postage. This being the amount you paid to us for the item excluding any original postage costs. Payment will be made to your designated bank account and determined by you in writing to us.
